I think someone is monitoring everything I do on the internet and other things offline.

I downloaded Opera and Mozilla Firefox Browsers and it didn't work- it said proxy servers or access denied.

What is going on?

I hate when someone invades my offline and online privacy.

Now seriosly try instaling a firewall and if you have a firewall look if that is not the cause look if not the firewall is blooking opera or mozilla(windows has firewall to if it's enabled look if not windows is blocking opera)

Just get a firewall, and then get an anti-virus thing that also looks for possibly privacy risks and use it.

Use AD-Aware SE personal its free and deletes trackers.
