hi,
i think the best solution of this problem to contact with his internet facility provider.they can guide to you in an efficient manner. it may be a some technical fault.

There are several reason for that,

Your lan card drivers might not be functioning properly.
Your LAN can be disabled
Cable can be unpluged

check drivers if not then re-install windows,.

Probably loose connection with cable and your modem.

You likely are not getting an IP from your internet service provider anymore. You should contact your ISP to get the correct configuration information for your router. Otherwise, reset your router to system defaults and reconfigure it.
