Default what computer memory is usable

Hi....

My system speed system is too slow after installing window vista .Although i have bought 512 MB ram from memoryx.net still could not get the good speed. I can not uninstall vista because i have some software that will run only on vista. So, may you suggest me that what should i do to get good speed?????

Yeah 1GB ram is recommended for windows vista.

My sister's notebook runs on 1GB of RAM, but it's still a bit slow because of Vista. I guess if your PC/notebook is expandable, a 2GB will enable you to enjoy Vista.

Honestly, Vista needs at least 1GB for itself so I would recommend going with at least 2GB. 4GB would be ideal but I believe 32bit systems only recognize a little over 3GB.

yes they are all correct, Vista/win7 requires high system requirements. I suggest you should stick with xp.
