Default Water cooling on a server?

If I have a heavily loaded server is it good that I increase the CPU speed and then load a water cooler to it?
I have done these for my own Desktop before but I don't know if its advisable for a server. ( Its 4u so there is a lot of space )

Don't you think that if anything breaks and the water short circuit the system would be a high risk to take? Why are you trying to increase the CPU speed of a SERVER!!! It could gte unstable...

You can do it... but its really something out of the blue because your DC will have proper colling and also... why the heck are you trying to do overclocking a server? :S
