Hello...I'm a musician/composer and have been recently asked to contribute music to a web-site made in Flash. I made a web site once a long time ago, back before there was anything like Flash.

Could someone recommend some good tutorials/how-tos on the web that can help me understand the basics of Flash audio?

Lynda.com has some good video tutorials. Also for a cheaper price they have some good guide books on how to.
