Video tutorials for flash and photoshop?

Hey guys.

Im not very good at following written tutorials as I like to clearly see whats going on.

Does anyone know where I can get some good, free video tutorials for either flash or photoshop (if there even are such things as good video tutorials for free)

hmm free video tutorials, not that I can think of.. at least not free... lynda.com sells some real good video tutorials, I mean they are clear and good quality.

BTW..all I did to find those was Google for "flash video tutorial". Took me all of 30 seconds to find those links.

i'm sorry, i don't know any free video-tutorial, i have only used some videos named Total Training, i'm not allowed to post any URL yet so you will have to look for it yourself :P

I agree about lynda.com. It isn't free, but for $25 a month, you can get access to their entire library. Of course, when you stop paying, your access ends, but if you want to get a quick introduction to lots of stuff, their video training is good.
