Can someone suggest to me some software that could download web pages and edit it as well?

I want to reduce the time I spend on such tasks.

I don’t mind buying it if it work well….

Maybe got a software to download webpage directly is a little bit difficult, you could find some easy-to-use softwares, which has comprehensive built in resources.
If you want to do desigh a web navigation, you could tru sothink dhtml menu and tree menu. Beautiful navigation menu could be made easily.
If you want to make your website seems more vivid, i suggest sothink javascript web scroller to you! it can be used to display your news or photos rotatedly,vividly beautiful and space-saving!

Do u mean...catch the web pages out and modify them for use?
