Help me build a website with photoshop?

I have a website template which I have loaded into Free Templates of photoshop formthis website. The template has four buttons along the top that are supposed to link to the four different pages. I have already designed all four pages of my website, but I dont know how to make the button open up the page. I know i will need to link that button to that page in some way.

Not sure if you have ever fixed this problem with your site yet but I am willing to help some. Have you ever tried downloading Dreamweaver Trial. It allows you to import a template into it. Then you can assign links to the places you need.
