CMS for client website

I'm looking for a good CMS for a news website, one that I can develop and set up, then hand over to my client, who is not html literate. I've never worked with a CMS before, so have been looking around on the web for options, and there are so many! I think I may stay away from the open source options, and will probably need something with good customer support, but fairly inexpensive. I've heard bad things about phpcow, don't know much about vivvo or e107. I'd like something that can handle automatic news feeds, and a place for video uploads. I had looked at phpcow, because I really like the professional-looking templates they have, but I've heard they have bad customer service, and they don't have any forums or support area. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hey ladytike,

Have you tried CMSms (CMS Made Simple)? It has a nice set of features, has clean code and is very easy to use.

It's templating system is quite good too (you can plug in most desings).

I use Joomla and I think it is great. It is easy to work with.
