Default problem in web site

Hello everyone...
I am trying to create a website using frontpage and need some assistance. Before i was discussed at web site design company's forum. It is first time that i sharing with u guys.
I want to create it using Frames (So the header, footer, and index on side remain the same throughout). The Reason for this is so when I update I don't have to update every page if the header, etc changes. However I want the frames to blend with the page and not appear separate. Does anyone know how I do this?
Thanks for your help!!

I don't suggest you use the frames.

you can change the web files name to .PHP

then
1,put the header content to header.php ,footer content to footer.php .
2,In every main content file to .php type .and include the header.phh and footer.php file like this code <? include file='header.php' ?> <? include file='footer.php' ?>

then each time you only need modify the header and footer file ,you all site's header and footer will been changed.

Sorry I'm not good at english .
If u have any understant.welcome pm.

Or you can send me your files .I can build it for u .
