Talking WebMaster Forums Revamp!

Hello!

A quick post but with good news.

The boards are going to go through some very major changes in the next while. We are looking at a complete graphical face-lift and complete revamp of the functionality of the site to help make this a more suitable home for new and experienced web masters.

Though we have a good idea of what we hope to accomplish, we are always grateful to hear feedback and ideas from the community. If you have any great ideas, don't be afraid to post them or even just send me a private message and we will definitely look into them!

I plan on keeping this community updated with the progress we are making and will give updates whenever I can.

Look to the Site Design and Web Authoring section in the near future.

-Mark

I think soft light blue type colors would be ideal. Something cozy, you know?
When do you plan to do the facelift?

Cozy is good. We are looking at cozy/trendy/fun colours for the site. Right now it's pretty "blah".

It's in the works right now. I'll be whipping up a mockup or two this week to present to some higher-ups for approval and discussion.

It's not just a facelift, it's a functionality-lift (if that makes sense) as well. It's not a small job. Hopefully over the next month or two (we are busy here!) it will get done!

It would be great to have a section dedicated to Web Hosting Reviews.
I'd like to see more "detailed" reviews on the Web hosting providers used by the community.
