Download Google Picassa image editing program if you use Windows, Picasa is free image editing program

thanks but I was thinking in a more complete program that image software only changes the color and some other little effects I need one that can create backgrounds and buttons but free, a while ago someone recommended me a very good one and it was free but can't remember the name

there is free application called gimp it is gnupg freeware as good as photoshop here is the link.

hi GIMP is good but it's kind of hard to understand and I was thinking does anyone have a serial code for fireworks or photoshop that can pass me to use it?? if so pm me!!!!! Pleaaaassseee

I doubt if you would get that information here.

I have a much better suggestion, but needs some research to figure out which one suits you best.
