Some web sites have a logo appear in the URL , e.g British Broadcasting Corporation and http://www.google,co.uk ! - (at least in IE 7 it does).

How do you add/change the logo in front of the "http://".

What is a favicon?
Favicon (pronounced fav-eye-con) is short for 'Favorites Icon.' A Favicon is a multi-resolution image included on nearly all professional developed sites. Within Internet Explorer the Favicon is displayed on the Address line and in the Favorites menu. interesting. i knew it was called a favicon (the way it's wrote) but i didn't know it's pronounced fav-eye-con.
