thanks but I was thinking in a more complete program that image software only changes the color and some other little effects I need one that can create backgrounds and buttons but free, a while ago someone recommended me a very good one and it was free but can't remember the name

there is free application called gimp it is gnupg freeware as good as photoshop here is the link.
