BrokerExec has gone open source and is available for free download. It is a PHP real estate script that allows you to quickly install a web site engine that can power your online listings and has a backend CMS system to manage your web pages.

It is a quick way for real estate agents that have little or no money (thanks to the drop in the real estate market) to get their web sites up and running. Marketing listings on line is much more cost-effective than traditional methods that real estate agents normally use (e.g. Newspaper, radio, tv etc.) and this might help them.
