Testing new website

i have built a website on my pc using the trial version of the microsoft web building software.

Now i want to now what to do next ??? so i cant test my site and publish it ?

Look forward to advise as i am very new to the web building game..

find a free hosting or paid hosting company and upload the pages and try it out.
