Question: When you design a site you want it to be as easy accessible as possible, would it be a good thing to write (or let it write) a site with two or more languages?

In short; is it worth the effort?

All depends on who your target audience is,

You can approach this several ways.

You can add a site translator to your site you can use AltaVista - Babel Fish Translation as a translator

Or you could create a few different sites in different languages and submit them to the correct search engines for their language.

Either way it all depends on in you will make more money for the time and effort

Best be is babel fish, you dont have to create another site. Babel fish will transalate the site for you

It depend on what kind of site you are building and who will visit your site. I used to build sites for owners of vacation rental properties and they always wanted site on at least English and German.
