Any body ever used Paint.Net? Its like a better version of paint for windows. Its good for basic stuff and its free.

i have never tried it but i've heard its really good and it's a very great improvement from the traditional paint, and it's freesoftware

Yeah its way way better than the old paint. They let you use layers and effects like motion blur, frosted glass, and emboss. Its not better than photoshop though. Although its easier to use.
