Hi, Im fairly new to website design and coding but i understand most of the basic tags. I have this website http://www.hsstories.co.nr and i would simply like to know how to make it so that when you type more writing it continues to go down along with the bottom of the menu bar. If you visit the guestbook page under others then you will see what my problem is.

The problem you are experiencing has to do with your table setup - you can make the text window (on the right with your guestbook entries) scroll using a CSS div layer with scrollbars option set to auto - it'll keep the page in one piece.

Alternatively you could create a graphic of the centre of your table (the grey box) and use a CSS style to make it auto-repeat, giving the illusion of it stretching (type "table rounded corners" into google to find a solution).
