Live streaming web video

Wasn't sure where to post this. I have a website already up and online. It deals with a night club that I work in. What I am looking to do is on one of the pages, I want to run real time live web video.

I will need to place a camera in the club and have a separate system up in the DJ booth that has internet connection to run this.

Anyone know where I can look to get started on how to do this, what type of equipment (camera, software, etc...) I will need to get started?

On a previous project I set up an IP based camera and streamed it online. The company was Axis Communications. It was pretty easy to set up. Just make sure you have axis to the router because you'll have to set up port forwarding for the camera. They'll walk you through it though. It was mounted outside and used a wireless point to point bridge to communicate back to the network so it was a pain, but I think it was still set up in under 8 hours.
