What would you suggest to use for creating simple websites for not internet savvy people? Please advise.

I tried using Frontpage and was way disappointed. Everything I did looked clumsy and not professional. I browsed internet for some online tools but the only thing I found (http://mysiteconstructor.com) which looks like smth I might need is not even completed.

If you are very new then buy Website Builder NetObject Fusion 7.
I would recommend learning HTML and use DW.

Yes, grab a book on HTML, and use Dream Weaver, it is very user friendly

I'll have to agree with the previous posts, learn some HTML or at least how to read it. Some of the ways that I first learned was through Frontpage. I would do something through frontpage and then see what the code ended up looking like. Later on it became easier and I could cut and past DHTML into Frontpage and do some pretty impressive stuff relatively easy.
