Default Way to use php include() without php?

im working on my schools website and the school server does not have php installed on it, and it will not have it installed anytime in the near future. i was wondering if there is a way to use the php include function (a godsend) without actually using php. (javascript or something similar maybe?)

no server side scripts allowed. if this is impossible, just say so.

thanks.

just use javascript then, it's impossible if php is not enabled. but you can still get free hosting with php at www.xeeblo.com or hostultra.com
