Default Identifying Fonts

Does anybody know a good way to identify fonts?

Is there a place where I can go and check what font a document or site is using?

If I'm correct, you can see what fonts a site is using by looking at their sorce code. That will work if they are using inline style commands. On the other hand, if the document(s) is linked to an external stylesheet you will not see what font they are using. I hope that helped you some.
