Default zip file downloading

Not sure what thread this goes in, it's a weird topic. Our company sells graphics and we delivery them through a link. Of course the link is not a direct route to the file. Some of our customers download the file and there is nothing inside the zip file. This happens maybe 10th the time. We can link straight to the zip file and everything works perfectly. This seems more of a end user issue, but it's a problem and I cannot find references on this.

Hi,

It is possible it may be the end users firewall software configuration that is striping the zip file. Just a guess though...

How many users has this happened to in the past? It doesn't seem like more of a server error, but a client's error. From your post, it seems like a couple of users have experienced this problem.

I think the problem is the sever who is handling your file.Try to change server. If you dont have that much money try to use a free file storing website.

I think the server is the problem. You should try different server.Try a free hosting server see if its will work. Then if the problem still not answered then check your zip creator.
