Hi,

Within dreamweaver is there away to make changes sitewide in all my pages?

For example I have a .gif on every page of my site that I now need to make into an image link. Do I have to open and edit the change on every page?

Is there some kind of "edit sitewide" function to alter every page in my site that has this image?

I believe you can use the Edit|Find and Replace menu and select the Entire Local Site option.
