A little Googling will turn up a lot of PSD template sellers. One such example is www.templatesguys.net, where you can puchase large quantities of templates. This may be what you are looking for.

You can get some pretty decent free templates if you look hard enough, im not sure about getting them on CD but you can certianly download them.

not only that... they are ALL over ebay... you just have to be really careful for those who are lying and cheating you out vs the ones who are genuine.
