Really a nice post deserve to be sticked. In all these points the CLOAKING and DOORWAY PAGES are of far more importance. Search engines hate these two black hat seo technique, and the sites using these Black hat method could be banned.

Thanks for the tips. I keep hearing different things about metatags - do people agree that they are dead. I also heard that it was useful to have keyword density at about 3% - does anyone know?

These good artical but you can include about heading tag alt tag not more use of heading tag only use one heading tag on one page(<h1>). Avoid keywords stuffing.

BMW did get banned for a short time. At the end they could persuade Google that they did not know anything about what their SEOs where doing.
