Default Code to text ratio?

Hi guys,

I'm working on a website called Global Property Guide. Does anyone know how to measure the code to text ratio so I can tell how much text or HTML coding in the page is enough? Also, please critique the site if you got time -- I know there's way too much room for improvement. Please pm me - thanks!
