Well there you have it...that's why so many web designers, SEO specialists and marketing talent are available for hire. It's an extremely difficult task to become a kick-ass webmaster.
As far as the list goes, what a useful exercise it is to go through each item and get up to speed where your website is lacking. Thanks for that reference.
