Hi, I have just launched a new website and am wondering if it is worthwhile paying for inclusion to pay only directories and if so could you recommend some of the more reputable websites? I have already submitted to dmoz and yahoo.

My advice is start with free ones. You can then purchase paid inclusions for featured or sponsored links. But my advice to you is, do your submissions slowly. Sudden backlink build up may cause your site to get sandboxed.

This statement doesnt work in directory business, because you dont get excepted in the directory since you just submited to it, it ususally takes a few weeks or days, thats why you not playing with sandbox

there is more than 1000 directory available at internet.
i still not think paid directory worth it, as good ranking directory, the subpages is not that high PR.
sometime have to overpay for the links.

Hello...

I have 28 directories that are paid and currently having a super sale
going on in all major forums.

The only problem with free directories is that you never know how
long your link will last without the owner deleting it and/or the Directory
being changed to another website.

This is all i do so... the choice is ultimatly yours
