What do I do if I do not see my website on Google? Is there a way to submit it to google or even yahoo?

Make sure you read their FAQ section. And also remember that for free submissions it may take up to 6 months to get indexed on google. Make sure you have keywords, description, etc. all in your html.
Also a nice thing to get links it would be to submit your site to the web directories, its usually from where search engines strating spidering the web...and remember it will take some time untill you will see your site in google..
Go to google site maps and get yourself on them and Walla you will be indexed with google and other searchngines quickly make sure you have the IBL's too
