I have created a website for a company and submitted it to google only to find that the link isn't what it should be......being the company name is ther any way i can change this so the link is the company name???
First off....you shouldnt be submitting your site at all.Google finds sites by locating links first to the site.Basically if you submit, you might as well sandbox your site.
If the wrong URL was entered...no worries. You really dont have to submit your sites to SE's these days...they find you....all that submit your site to 15,000 search engines for 36.95 really does nothing except possible harm something.
I agree, no reason to submit site to google. If you want to speed things along, buy a link on a PR7 or higher site. Also, submiting a google sitemap seems to help get in the index faster.
I couldn't understand the question either. But it's interesting a couple of you say there is no need to submit the SE's at all. I understand the second one saying if you buy a link on PR7 site your site will be indexed, but surely if you don't submit it to any how do the crawlers find it.
