Does anyone know, generally? I thought 3 months, to 5 at most. But my friends site has been up since March, and he's linked by pr3's I think. They updated google and he still doesn't have a PR. Very strange. I hope I get one for my blog sooner.

pr is more than just who links to you. if his site spams, has only a few pages etc they might not give him a pr.

My blog's been around for a few months, is linked to by almost no where, has no subject other than my life, and has a pagerank of 4/10. I have no idea how I even got it

if your blogs is very interesting and webamasters can give it to their users, they would link to your blogs...

If you're blog is good, and it gets a lot of visitors, and some of those visitors put links to your blog on their site, then you get PR. That must have been what happened. You must have a lot of readers.

very interesting articles on your blogs can take webmasters attentiion and put your link in their sites
