Default Analyzing Keyword Competition

Well, nichebot is slow and down most of the time when I try to use it, but when it does work, I try to go for a ratio less than 200. What are some other ways of analyzing the competition a keyword has?

to actually find decent keywords that ae getting traffic use this overture tool. It tells you related keywords and how many searches per month have been done on the yahoo/overture network.

Well, I'm mostly looking for tools to see how hard it is to get a high SERP. I found a tool called McDar's Keyword Analyzer(I think that's what it's called), I type in a keyword, and it brings the top ten sites up in Google and analyzes them. It shows how many backlinks they receive and what their pagerank is. From there, I can determine how hard it will be to surpass the websites SERP-wise.

Boohlick I was just about to recommend digitalpoint! You stole my idea... well, I think sitepoint.com also has some good tools, but I'm pretty sure digitalpoint's are better.
