Of course, Google Adword is the best ever tool to know the competitor's keywords. This is the best tool ever. And if you are searching for new tools, the seo book is there open for the resource as well.

You can just put your competitors website url into the Google Keywords Tool and it will tell you its keywords!

Use page source in your browser, which will let u know your competitors keyword.

Google Adwords is one of the best tool to identify competitor's keywords. It also provide some keyword suggestions & search volume for each keyword.
