I think its a good program, and if you stay up to date with the knowledgebase its very useful. Ive used the submission service in it...and never been banned. Its not exactly cheap though, and for my mind its overpriced.

Yes, you have to pay for the pro version, but you an easy earn that money back.

Ive used it before, quite enjoyed it. Trial period bit annoying. All functionality in the program can be gathered online from various web pages.
