Default How many meta tags?

How many meta tags do you use with your pages? I use about 6.

there are lots of meta tags you can add in your pages..perhaps, you can enumerate them for other members can have a look at.

Well, what site are you making? Go to a competitor site and then view their source and see why they are on the top of the SEO and modify that mets

you only reallt need the keywords and description tags for the SE's the about tag is okay as well, I don;t use the rest.

i agree... the rest is for bots,site authentication and page redirect that i think that you dont need to

I don't use meta tags at all!
In my opinion search engines spiders aren't so much ineterested in the meta tags

I suggest that you should use Meta Title and description.. This are the meta that google still consider.
