Default Google operators, allinanchor: key words

Hello,
Has anyone noticed when using google operators (http://www.google.com/help/operators.html) to be an indicator of current or upcoming rankings?

For example if I use allinanchor: my keywords the results are almost identical for the current rankings but with my site in the top ten. Will my site move from position 45 to the top ten in the next index update? I tried allintext: and allintitle: too and see simliar results.
