please follow the instruction:

1: go to propeller.com

2: signup for an account

3: submit your link
- you link can be submit over 3 times
first of all submit a link with : http://www.highrankforum.com/
then get yourself a tag, find a tag that with page rank and less peoples submit link to it by looking at the hours and days

example of tag: green ( propeller.com/tag/green ) which is google pagerank of 6 ( checked )

just take your time and find the tag, up to 5 tags ( that mean you have 5 backlinks with google pagerank of 5 )
submit the link.

4: follow up the step #3
- remove the ( www ) from your link.
example: http://highrankforum.com/
then find another 5 tags

5: follow up #3,#4
- add index.php or index.html to your link
example: http://www.highrankforum.com/index.php
another 5 tags for this domain

6: same as #3,4,5
- remove the ( www ) from your link.
example: http://highrankforum.com/index.php
another 5 tags

7: so we already have over 20 tags with high pagerank from google.
