I have created 2 basic forms and have no idea how to get them to work. I have at least 20 examples but I'm a newbie and need my hand held with this. I would love a straight forward example instead if all the scripts etc you can DL ie Matts Scripts which are all fine if you understand it. I have built 5 sites so far but this is the first time they wanted a form and I have a temp solution using Acrobat Pro 7 but they would prefer a normal one. The Webhost sent me this:-

Additionally we have recently changed the way our Shared Servers handle Outgoing mail, this is in an attempt to cut down on the amount of Spam being sent out.
Every PHP Send Mail script must now include the ini_set ("sendmail_from", "address@tom.com") line in the script.
You basically need to put the FROM address in place of the "address@tom.com" and this will validate the Form mail and allow it to be sent.
I'm as lost as I was 2 weeks ago when I started with the forms. I have almost every E-Book ever written on webdesign and they dont explain it simply.
