free review script

Hi I'm new to the forum, nice to meet everyone.

Does anyone know where I can get a free script so visitors can leave comments and rate an item or service? Most of my pages will probably be html so it would be nice if it were easy to implement. I have been searching for quite awhile so I'm hoping someone can help me out!

I'm looking for something like this (Startlogic Customer Review - Recent 5 Startlogic Reviews - Web Hosting Geeks) that would be easy to integrate into an html page. I wish for free, but I am willing to pay a fee if it's not ridiculously priced.
