What kind of error it is?

Have you set up the correct database host, database name, username and password?

Consider using LAMP to run your site. Apache-mysql-php is flakey at the best of times under windows.

If by removing the errors, you want the errors not to be displayed then in your php.ini file you would change the variable of error_reporting from on to off. Although while you are developing it is quite helpful to have it turned on. It seems like you are having a connection problem. Take a look at the PHP manual to see if you are attempting to connect to the database properly. My guess is that you may need to change specify a port to use.

PHP has a function for this so you can do it dynamically:
PHP: error_reporting - Manual

I suggest your turn it ON in production code though, but redirect the errors to a log or an email instead of the user. That may be the only way you'll know something is wrong.
