Take a look on here. A-2Z Forum PM the user Admin, he offers reseller hosting at low costs.
Im pretty sure if you register and contact him or post you will find your reseller hosting!

I think that you are looking for more than just a simple hosting provider. You are probably looking for reliability so you should compare at least 2 or 3 hosting offers before choosing the finalist. Do not rush into a decission as you could regret it later (as I did) when I have chosen a hosting offer that was cheap but was going offline at least 2-3 times per day. Since then I have made better choices, always

You raise a good point...newbies should scout out a few vendors before choosing a new Web host. That's why I like the choices afforded by directories such as TopHosts.com who have done the legwork and put a list together of the best companies to choose from.
