PHP Rijndael Code collaborating with vb.net

Hey all,

I'm trying to get some VB.NET Rijndael code to start collaborating with PHP (They dont work together at the moment, they dont encrypt/decrypt).

I am currently using this code:
general pastebin - Rijndael PHP - post number 416401
general pastebin - Something - post number 416404
general pastebin - Stuff - post number 416405

Ive read about the padding being different, but am currently lost on this issue. What i am basically trying to do is to encrypt some data being sent to a webserver, then to decrypt data being sent back.
