Hello,

So, I've been looking on google which is the best ecommerce CMS but all the pages I find are from people with little to no knowledge on HTML/CSS/PHP.

I have intermediate knowledge of the above technologies and I am willing to learn a bit more so I am not after the easier to use ecommerce CMS, I probably could write a CMS myself but I wonder if it is easier and a better idea to just stick with one of the famous CMS. Has any of you, developers, used any CMS for ecommerce before? Which one would you consider the best?

I am not after the easier to use CMS, I am after a CMS that is good for SEO and with templates easy to be personalized. I have used Joomla before but not sure if I should use a diffrent one now, please advise.

You can use MAGENTO or JOOMLA.

thanks, I've used Joomla before to create a social network site before, it is really good, only problem is not being very good on SEO... might give Magento a go
