Hi,

I am discussing with you about a drawback of PHP and it's possible pattern of update.

PHP is not 100% pure object oriented scripting language. But in near future PHP may support 100% object oriented scripting (PHP may imitate most of the syntax of Java language). PHP already imitates some features of Java language. (In future PHP language will imitate most features of Java language and Java programmers will love PHP. And PHP will have java keywords like class, extends, interface, implements, public, protected, private etc..).

Yes.. I have learned about OOP in PHP.. I think this is same with Java.. Happy coding..

Yes, the support may come, but I believe one of the reasons PHP took off was because it wasn't 100% OO. This is one of the reasons why I use and like PHP.

OOP is good to work with but I dont know why I never liked hardcore OOP languages like C++ or Java.
I always liked Perl and now also started liking PHP.

But I will love to see PHP spread it's horizons.
