I'm looking for a VoIP service that will let me use PHP and make text-to-speech outbound phone calls. I want to type in a text message, click send and have it call the phone number and then do the text-to-speech thing.

Does anyone know of a PHP-based VoIP service that will do that?

I have PHP Nuke which is a PHP script that is included on Fantastico on my webhosting package with myhosting.com.

From what I can tell there is a "mod" or "add-on" for the PHP VOIP. You should get the proper hosting and install PHP Nuke first and then use this add-on:
