You can discuss with a web hosts Terms of Service and satisfactory Use Policy to see what they do and do not permit on their servers.

Embedding youtube videos should not have any problem regarding copyright.

Embedding youtube videos is generally ok... they have their watermark in there anyway and a link back to their site.

I am also looking forward for the same thing from the Google because i am much interested for my site for that i have to host it and wants more details of the copyrighted objects.
