On My Game Im Currently Making I Have Had Millions Of Ideas But I Knew I Couldnt Include Them All. Also I Have Money Behind My Project , Also I Have A Team Of 4 Members , Which Include ( 2 PRO - Coders ) (1 PRO - Graphics Desinger ) ( 1 - Layout Designer ) ( 2- Idea People ) ( 2 - Planners )

Each Person Has More Than 1 Job , Im Currently Paying £0 For These As These Are My Mates .

Although I do agree with you in the planning up front for the game, depending on the scope of the game it may not need all that you have mentioned such as a staff and money. I think it takes a group of people that are entusiastic about the project and share a common vision for the finished game. You even said yourself that you aren't paying your mates.

So Rossi, if you are serious about getting this started perhaps you should post some design documents, the type of genre you are planning, and any other ideas you happen to have.

Game description= The world of gangsters comes together with this all out real world game there will be many things to do like gamble in the casino do all sorts of crimes buy and sell drugs for profit this game Is a always progressing game even when up dates are being added you can still play a new version will come out once every month this game will have good graphics. This is a text based game and will have turns those turns will increase at a set time every day and with out no turns you will not be able to do anything

Money= money will be awarded for doing crimes workin and many more stuff

I'm sorry if I gave the impression that I wanted to work on your project. I have worked in the game industry for two years, and am kinda burnt out. I currently have too much on my plate to get involved with another project (with or without pay). I was just offering suggestions to you to get your project off the ground. Good Luck!
