E-Gold payment gateway

Hello,

Has anyone ever integrated egold.com payment gateway in your website? Is this a reliable payment gateway?
I added it on my site but their payment system seems a little complicated. Is there any potential issues I need to be aware of??

I've only done BluePay and Authorize.Net. I'm trying VeriSign, which is giving me a hard time.
